Bottom right ring light flashing red and E 74 appears on the screen.
2 year old system, dissembled & cleaned yesterday. Always ran additional external triple fan.called x-box $100 to repair. They said no longer under warranty. How long is warranty supposed to be & what specifically should I check on the board?? No hot spots or visual shorts noticed and no cooling fan failure. Tried a known good av cable set and power supply and the same error came up. Have access to local tech help if pointed in the right direction. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.

There are a ton of errors that can occur what error did you get E45-E79 there are about 15 total errors for the bottom right light flashing but generally it is Hardware failure. Could be DVD drive Hard drive. Would help more if you havd some numbers or something.

unable to give an actual cost due to prices and labor are different for product and area door can be around 100 to 150 each depending on size and accessories attached and labor is a complete variable as to any addition repair to entry replace remove molding frame repair -replace each can be 100 to 300 to do we cant see what work will need to be done --call or ask around in your area or place of purchase for some one to give an estimate to you
Well it sounds like thar there is an over heating problem or the fan is not working right so you could send it to the Nintendo repair center give them a call if it's under warranty it will cost nothing to have it fixed or if the warranty is up it will cost money to have it fixed. X box 360 and ps 3's consoles have the same issue too the new consoles don't last as long like the old Consoles do the old ones live a lot klonger so just play on an NES console then like I do lives a lot longer too
Hello dj_itachi7 Maybe it's only the electronic connection inside the box of your drive that is damaged . The USB connection is dead but you still seem to have power . I would try to open the box ( will be lost ) and put the drive in another USB external box or connect the drive straight inside your pc if it is a desktop , using the IDE or Sata connection of the motherboard . Regards , fanaudi .
Your air temp should be at least 20 degrees cooler than the indoor air temp. This is ideal. But it sound like your unit is low on freon. When units get low they will freeze up. They will also freeze up if air flow is restricted on the inside coil or the fan quits on the external unit.
If it's less than ten years old, it may be under warrantee. When mine broke, 15 years ago, I had to replace the whole Binaural/Spring Assembly piece- the metal ear tubes and the spring are all one piece. Major med equip suppliers- Schein, Darby, etc., stock the parts. WA has them, probably for sl more-plus $10 extra charge for orders under $100. I found them here: http://www.steeles.com/catalog/Harvey_parts.html http://www.welchallyn.com/support/service/default.htm
I suggest you unplug the frige and clean the blades of the fan of any dirt. If the fan is mounted with bolts through rubber gromets or washers take a caulk gun with 100% silicone and shoot silicone into these gromets or washers filling any voids between the bolts and rubber. Allow enough time to dry and see if this helps. please rate me
