Question about Bunn CWTF 15-3 Coffee Maker
Open the top. there is a trough drain that gets limed up. using a phillips head screwdriver, push through and twist, thereby removing the lime and ensuring proper flow. if water can't get through, it may overflow over the sides of the trough. also look behind the trough to the top of the tank and see if there is any water damage around the seals. if there is, replace the seals

Our Bunn VPR was delivering luke warm coffee. The problem was lime scale buildup on the heating element. I recommend using a cleaner such as Brew Rite or a vinegar solution. If it still does not heat properly, unplug and remove the heating element for cleaning. This corrected our problem.

I have the same problem and I took the coffee maker apart to find out why. It has to do with a leak on a fitting. On mine I found that the fitting where the hole in the black plastic that the water flows through to get into the stainless steel tank needed to be repaired with some silicone sealant to fix the leak. Still making some coffee!

Please get the model and the date code from the bottom of the machine and contact customer serivce. Depending on the date code, there might be a seal kit available or the machine can be replaced at no cost if 3 years old or less. If it is over 3 years old and the seal kit isn't available, the machine will be replaced at a reduced price.

If you will call Bunn Customer Service, there is a seal kit that can be sent out to fix the leaking problem you are experiencing.
