You may have installed a program for the cloning that has "commandeered" your drive. Try doing a System Restore to a date prior to cloning the DVD. You can also try uninstalling any programs like MagicISO or Alcohol and then re-installing your normal burning software. You can also try Uninstalling or disabling your drive and re-booting, forcing a driver reload.

CLICK DEVICE MANAGER(WINDOW)
EXPAND CD /DVD ROM DRIVES
RIGHT CLICK ON SELECTED DVD/CD DRIVE
SELECT PROPERTIES
1.SELCT DRIVER ( CLICK UPDATE DRIVER)
2.CHECK DVD REGION CODE.
3.UN-INSTALL DRIVER
4. REINSTALL DRIVER AGAIN(AFTER STEP 3)
OR
IN DEVICE MANAGER RIGHT CLIVK DVDCD ROM DRIVE
UN-INSTALL DRIVER
OK
REBOOT COMPUTER
ADD HARDWARE(CONTROL PANNEL)
IT WILL PROPMPT FOR INSTALLATION OF DRIVER
SAY OK.
PROCEED WITH WINDOW INSTRUCTIONS
DVD/CD ROM DRIVER WILL GET INSTALLED AFRESH.

i received a DVD from U.K., bit it will not play in my player which is model DVP 532k/75. I have been told I can adjust the machine to multi-code? Please advise if this is possible, and how to do it?

this is essam nasr , i have a lap top hp omni xeb4500 , and the dvd is toshiba dvd-rom SD-ROM 2212. , IT DOESN,T READ OR WRITE any cd
and once it was reading one cd for its properties ,it was UDF FILES
BUT MOST CD,S IS CDFS FILES ,IT DOESN,T read them. and by making the troubleshooting was ok and announcement that was properly working ok .
