After 13 months of using, no problems - always used He detergent. At beginning of another normal load, got the F35 error code, then the SuD flashing. Cleaned out the soap container & inspected the inside (as stated on page 21 of "Washer Care") and ran a cleaning cycle. After 6-9 times of trying another clean cycle, always got error F35 with SuD, although water was flowing through the machine normally!
F35 has to do with the pressure switch which is located under the top panel on the back right. It will have a little black hose hooked to it. This happens when SUDS or detergent somehow gets up into it and usually locks unit out. Only solution is to replace pressure switch. You can find the tech sheet behind the bottom front panel usually tape to the back side of that panel or taped to the bottom right side inside unit. Hope this helps
When my kenmore elite 4he was displaying SUd and f35 I ran the clean washer cycle with no clothes or any soap added to the soap dish. So far I don't have a problem with the washer yet. You should always check underneath the rubber around the front. Make sure there are no objects underneath the grey rubber.
Thank-you! This method worked for me. I looked under the rubber molding and found a small toothed comb lodged in there. Started up the washer with a load of clothes on Normal and it worked without fail! Thanks again for sharing and saving me $$$$!

Replaced the sensor and still not working. after about 40 seconds the Sud light starts blinking! Ideas??
Check the drain tray at the bottom of the washer by removing bottom front panel held in place by 3 screws
There is a you tube video explaining that the blocked drain at the bottom front may be the issue if replacing the pressure switch doesn't work
Replaced switch. Drain not clogged. Blew thru switch hose to insure no obstructions. Still SUD or F35. Removed front top and back to check for loose connectors or kinked hoses
Still nothing.Really fed up. ANY OTHER IDEAS????

Found another post, on here, that says to check the rubber seal, on the housing that the rubber hose attaches to. The rubber hose from the pressure switch go onto the white plastic housing at the bottom of the tube. They say that this small white plastic housing comes loose from the main plastic tub housing. The gasket is a rubber seal and needs to be a good seal.
