Hello, I have reassembled my Fellowes PS 60CC shredder after replacing the main drive cog, but now the paper being shredded either skews when being fed into the cutter and jams up when coming out the cutter end on exit from the cutters, is there a special way to reassemble or place the guards or adjust to prevent this on exit from the cutter ?
Thanks I will, do you have any specs as to where they should be positioned ? CheersThanks I will, do you have any specs as to where they should be positioned ? Cheers

I don't have your shredder, but check to see if the top part where the shredder mechanism is closes completely over the trash can. If it is not lining up, it may have a shut off switch. I had put a plastic bag inside mine to catch the bits, and it bunched up at the part where that connection needs to be clear and it stopped. When I smoothed that area, or removed that bad, it worked again. GOOD LUCK!
I think the paper feed limit switch may be jammed disabling auto operation. Take precautions to unplug before opening up to inspect for jammed limit switch.
I own a Fellowes PS 60 shredder.
NO! Do not use those lubricants.
I have used Silicone lubricant for many years and it does not and has not caused any problems in my PS60. Spray it across the top of the cutters and manually run the shredder (without paper) forward and reverse for a few seconds. This will lubricate all the cutters. I do this only once until my collection bin is full. Once full I empty it and lubricate once again.

It could be that the sensor has trash or it is sensing something. Check it carefully if you see trash/debris cleanit with a Q-Tip or air blower - !DO NOT USE ANY WATER OR SOLVENT! -
