It must have happened few days ago because everything in my refrigerator had gone bad. To my disappointment- Bonair evap with Remote control (called comfort control something) and brevis heating with fixed control both were not working. I tried various power outlets nothing so went on the net found out that bonair may need to be reset I tried that nothing so the next thing was code...where the hell to look for code..no idea but there were two sets on number on a sticker inside on the back of remote 5023 n 5026 so I tried to code it but nothing happens..guys please help n I have no freaking idea about brevis ..does it need to be reignited...cant seems to locate anything at the back except a diagram where it says ignite somewhere Is it resetting problem? For bonair i have tried to do this switch of power then on button + cool button then it starts flashing code n then it shows the code that is skso written at the back- inside part of remote contol 5023 tgen i enter n then one by one all nunberd are done then again i click enter wifi kind of signal comes n then i try to turn it on nothing n guys there is another no at the back 5026 i have trief that as well nothibg callef a service person but he quoted 140 to come n for every 15 mins 25 dollars! !! n brevis dont know what to do at all because it has fixed control with only one option to turn the needle or stick to start
Hi bud do youself a favour before anything else take the main motor out and send it in to a reputable electrical repair co such as dynamic electrical in Benoni or look up a similar co near you and make sure that your system has not been hit bye lightning or a power surge from the supplier first I do own a Co that specialises in evap coolers and from previous knowledge a lot of the new systems have 12V inverters and if there has been a storm and you havnt diconnected your unit the PCs and motors are more than likely fried
