It should be listed along with the model and serial number inside the door frame or on the back side...

If it doesn't list wattage, Volts X Amps = Watts.

What is the wattage for ER-4010

Most home Microwaves draw about 12-14 amps. You could figure your wattage at about 1680 watts. Calculated by factoring the voltage of most units 120V times the typical amperage draw of 12-14 amps. so wattage is volts times amps or (12-14 X 120) 1440-1680 watts

What is the wattage

it all depends on what you're trying to measure, the wattage used or the wattage output. the handbook will tell you these figures. if you don't have the handbook, you can google for it using the model number and the word manual

What is the wattage

There are 2 different wattage's on a microwave oven.

1 The wattage a microwave oven uses from your wallsocket that is in a range from 1500 watt to 2500 watt. you can read this on the typeshield on the back of the oven.

2 The wattage the oven put in you food. ( that is also the wattage that a foodpackage or recepy mentions. it is normal in the range from 600 to 1200 watt. you have too lookup this in the manual or manufacturers website.

Wattage for mc 1000b microwave

By the name I would think that it is a 1000 watt Microwave. Wattage as in cooking power is what you wanted? Running wattage, a 15 amp circuit will work fine. A 120 volt, 1000 watt microwave will use 13.4 amps (1,600 watts) of electricity in a full power cooking cycle. I think that covers everything! ..:)

I need to know the wattage of my magic chef oven model 6898VV

Hi Nadia,

There's little to be found on the internet for this model oven now. There should be a name plate / manufacturer's sticker either inside the door - on the jamb; or on the rear near the power cord. If you see a rating given as "120VAC / 1200W" this would indicate INPUT wattage, which would be higher than the amount used for cooking. A typical 1200W rated microwave might have 800 - 1000 Watts of cooking power. If there are 2 ratings for wattage like 120V / 1200W / 850W; the 850 Watts is the amount of cooking power. The cooking power - or wattage - is always lower than the total wattage. If you see a rating somewhere that indicates 900W cooking power, then that would be the cooking power of the oven.

If you're not satisfied or unsure about the information you're finding on the oven - or it is missing - you might want to contact Magic Chef Customer Service Department at (888) 775-0202. They should be able to help you - or pint you in the right direction.

Good luck!

Does not bake items within the time frames outlined in recipies at a prescribed temperature.

Check the times against the wattage of your oven.
Quite often the wattage for heating times are higher than the wattage of your oven.

What is the wattage on the sharp microwave model r-2a48?

http://www.sharpusa.com doesn't have your manual. But you can find it yourself on the
back of the unit - the wattage should be listed.

If only the amperage is given (you know the voltage is 120 VAC RMS), so using Ohm's Law, you can calculate wattage:

Watts = 120 Volts X Amps

Look on the back for the power requirements, them muliply the number of amps drawn times 100 . example 10 amps times 100 = approx 1000 watts, that will give you an approx. wattage. hope this helps
