My washer is a Kenmore front load model # 41729042990 and it is not spinning. Clothes are soaked. Does this sound like a big problem,,,,,,,HELP
Pump may be plugged.Take off back Locate pump remove hoses. Check pump spins freely, remove debis. Mine had a hole in the basket gasket sealt hat let debis get in the pump. Good luck
My kenmore frontload 44142 went off balance we stopped it emptyed the clothes and now it will not spin.
My machine is not a similar model 44142 and the problem I had was the water was not draining out. we took off that big hose that leads to the pump in the front, and there was coins and hair pins. This fixed the problem and save us a couple hundred $$.

Washer fills and goes through what seems like a wash cycle, on every setting, but it doesn't spin and there is a lot of water in the bottom of the washer, and clothes are soaked. Kenmore 41743042200. Have taken off the front lower panel and looked at the pump. I can't tell if it is working properly, but I did feel in the tubes to check for blockages. None noted.

my kenmore will not spin. all cycles work but the spin mode. replaced pump and control panel.
Anytime I manually out it on spin cycle it makes a buzzing noise but does not do the fast spin. It will do the slow washing "tumbling" but not the fast spin. I checked the tube in the back and was able to drain the remaining water out. My dog sitter put an extra heavy blanket in there so I think the weight of must have blown something with the spin cycle. What could have blown (belt? gasket?) and is it something easily fixed?
won't spin....washes, and rinses but no spin just a loud humming from the motor
but the repair man replaced the door switch(wax switch) it worked fine for 1 or 2 loads now its back to slow spin and clothes are still soaked.
