95 Park Ave blower fan ran with ign off then stopped working

I was driving home with the air on I shut off the car and the blower fan continued to blow. I have all digital read out. I kept hitting the off button but it would not stop blowing. I had to leave in a few moment so I went inside and came out the blower was still blowing. I drove about 10 minutes. When I got to my next stop I tried to shut off blower. It would not shut off. I tried raising and lowering the temp on my control panel. Suddenly it shut off and now it will not come on at all. My control panel shows that my fan is blowing but it is not. Can you help?

Sounds like a bad blower motor resistor, or if you have electronic temp control, a bad control unit.

Pull one or two sparkplugs and check them for moisture; not fuel, but for water beads.
I don't know how long your engine ran after losing coolant but there is a chance that you lost the head gasket and have gotten water into the cylinders.
