Most dishwashers don't heat the water. They run on whatever temperature water you have it set for. They have heating coils on the bottom but that's for drying, not heating up the wash water.
There should be a plastic cover on the bottom, the removal of this gains access to most of the seviceable parts. beware of water spillage when you tip machine into its back!. Good Luck
it should have and is delivered with the narrow bore high pressure hose if your water flow rate is high more than 20 ltrs p min you could get away with a standard low preessure hose

could be faulty door switch check that either board may be at fault but before this hapens is there power at board if not you may have had a flood internally tripping flood switch
