Squeaky seal on lg french door

Our french door LG seems to squeak whenever we open or close the right hand door. I'm sure it is coming from the flexible seal. No signs of food or liquid that might be causing it to stick and squeak. Any recommendations?

LG french door refrigerator does not keep food cold. Left door pops doesn't stay tightly closed.

What do you mean by "pops"? If your problem is the door, then it is possibly leaking out your cold air. It could be the seal or the hinge.

What to do about LG french door refrigerator that does not keep food cold

I would suggest you check the seal and the hinge. This frig has a piece that folds in and out flush for the two doors to seal, you might check that as well.

The gasket on the right hand French door is slightly torn, so I bought a replacement gasket. It's arrived, but I have no clue how to replace the gasket.

The gasket is easy to replace. Remove bins and shelves set them aside. Next at the top right hand corner remove the door trim cover pull it straight out and set it aside. Note the tabs on the inside of the trim are fragile. Peel back the gasket at the top forward edge and bottom frward edge and you will locate a hinge. Use a small screw driver to pop these hinges out. Pull out the gasket on that side first and the whole seal comes on out of there. The hinge slides out of the old seal. Just snap yer new back in. Do on door at a time. The trim pieces for each door are different. Snap your door trim back and check for propah opening and closing of door. Then party on!

We have a Lg LFC25760SW fridge and the lights stay on in side the fridge

LG had a circuit board malfunction with many french door models with fridge lights staying on with the door closed. the bulb lens usually overheats; deforms; and falls off. the plastic frame surround is warped too. the bulb sockets are darkened too. if this is the case, call LG and they will usually repair this overheating issue for free. you can just unscrew the bulbs for the meantime.

Fridge motor is loud when doors closed stops when open-3.5 yrs old- first time same problem fixed with replacing sensor 2/08 now sensor broken again???

the fan goes off when door opened and when closes it will turn back on is normal operation of fan and door control --as to noise --fan may be failing ---iced over ----if seal failing will cause unit to run more and allows more moisture into evap which can cause more ice over

LG refrigerator makes loud noise and then stops running.

You are seriously frozen up. Defrost the unit completely. Then, be aware that 'window shopping', leaving uncovered liquids in the box and poor door sealing (too heavy a load on the door ... too much on shelves) can cause condensation. Defrost with hot air or leave unplugged and open for about 2 days. You'll see alot of water come out.
