SOURCE: Bosch dishwasher cleans but will not drain.

Remove the drain hose where it attaches to the disposal. This area often clogs and will prevent any d/w from draining.

SOURCE: mod shx46a05uc-14 at the end of cycal unit is making nois and you can open door unit dont shut down also at this time unit is empty and should have element on sounds like drain pump is on

Sounds like you either have a leak which has activated the flood safety in the base, you can check this by pulling the machine onto a towel and tipping the whole unit forward ie raise the back of the machine off the floor so it is pivoted on the front feet at approx 45 degrees, if water runs out from under the machine you have a leak (the machine may well start to work again now but you need to trace the leak or it will reoccur as soon as the safety is activated again). The other possibility is the pressure chamber or hose (pressure chamber to sump) is blocked and the microswitch is being activated because the water is not entering the tank quick enough. Isolate from electric, remove lid and left panel (looking from the front). There is a plastic chamber bottom right of left side with two microswitches, either this is blocked or the hose that runs from it to the right and along the back of the kick panel and into the sump. Clear either or both (make sure all hoses are pushed true when repositioning).

Why won't my Maytag washer A48t drain? Replaced belts when it also wouldn't spin. Now it spins, but does not drain.

If the washer won't drain there might be a clogged pump or hose. It's common for small socks or other small clothing items to get into the water drain system and clog the hose leading to the pump or the pump itself. Remove the hoses from the pump in order to remove the article of clothing. Keep in mind that any water in the washer will pour out of the hoses when removed. Also check drain hose.

Vcff136ss freezer drain hose

look at the bottom in the back for a small (usually black) rubber hose. this wil be the drain and the only way to clean them that I am aware if is to blow up through it ( makes amess inside the freezer or fridge but does work. some models drain the freezer into a funnel like thing on the back wall inside the fridge and then to outside.

The washer broke filled with water and won't drain

see this causes and fix it. God bless you
Coin Trap If the washer won't drain the coin trap may be clogged. This washer is equipped with a device near the water pump called a coin trap. The purpose of this device is to trap any foreign materials that make their way down the drain. Normally, the coin trap can be accessed through an access panel. It is designed with the homeowner in mind and is normally easy to clean out.

Drain Hose If the washer won't drain water check the drain hose. Be sure the hose did not get kinked behind the washer. Also, remove the hose from the pump and check it for obstructions.

Door Lock Motor and Switch Assembly If the washer won't drain the door lock assembly should be checked. The door lock can fail either mechanically or electrically. Test any switches on the door lock with an Ohm meter. The switches should have continuity according to their design.

Lid Switch Assembly If the washer won't drain the lid switch assembly might be defective. This is a very common problem. The lid switch assembly can fail either mechanically or electrically. Test any electrical switches with an Ohm meter for continuity. The switches should have continuity according to their design.

Drive Belt If the washer won't drain, should check the drive belt. If the belt is broken or if it isn't tight on the pulleys the washer won't drain properly, if at all.
Clogged Pump or Hose If the washer won't drain there might be a clogged pump or hose. It's common for small socks or other small clothing items to get into the water drain system and clog the hose leading to the pump or the pump itself. Remove the hoses from the pump in order to remove the article of clothing. Keep in mind that any water in the washer will pour out of the hoses when removed.

Drain Pump If the washer won't drain water the drain pump might be defective. It's also common for a small sock or other article of clothing to get caught in the drain pump or in the drain hose. Check both for an obstruction before replacing the pump.

Broken fitting

You don't have to change that piece, just tie the hose (drain hose ) to something that is equal height, this prevents siphoning.
