Cold water solenoid probably needs replacing.

Feature : Error Code-control panel display "Er13"

• Answer : Reason:Drying heater element error. Sometimes caused by to much load during the drying cycle. Washer dryers can only dry half the wash load.
  

It means something is wrong with door lock mechanism.im currently having same problem.

your locking clamps on the door and door well are probably out of alignment a switch censer in side is out of place so my best bet is to take it to a repairer

If the filter is clean and the hoses are free of obstructions,you will need to replace the pump

Hi, that indicates that either the fan motor is not working/ blocked or the dryer thermistor (thermostatic sensor) is playing up. Of course, the pcb reads the sensor so it could also be that causing the error.
