Unfortunately, no. Each manufacturer has their own coding system for serial numbers. Which to them reveals many things about the unit, regardless of the Model Number. Only Goodman can tell you that. If you live in the USA contact Goodman Residential Customer Support @ 1-877-254-4729.
I really hope this helps you. Please let me know and thanks for choosing FixYa.
Your best bet because of the age of the unit is to contact Goodman technical support, you will need a model # and serial # for the unit, the number for them is 888-593-9988. They should be able to E- mail it to you or fax it . this should help.
The compressors that come in units change from year to year and model to model. Depending on the age and type of unit, it could be a Copeland, Bristol....just about anything in the 2 ton range.
Best bet would be to look down and on the top or side of the compressor, you should see a series of numbers that have the model and serial numbers. The model would be the compressor you seek and the serial will help to determine the age of the compressor. Also be sure to look for a name brand such as Copeland, Bristol, Tecumseh, etc.etc..
if u get the full model and seriel number i can determine that date of manufacturing,, just guessing that is somewhat of a new model number listed above prob around 2004
tough to tell by the age they probably dont manufacturer parts for that model anymore try calling a goodman wholesaller otherwiseupgrading to a new 13seer unit will cut your operating cost in half
Try this one - it is for the 2025 not the 3000 but it is rumored to work for the later model;

Obviously if you are running windows only.
Appreciate feedback if it works or not :)
If not - try this site, it has several 3000 series model drivers - maybe one will work;

If you need more info, please post back with more details of your system and where you bought the camera - helps for finding drivers.
Hope this helps
