B4400 won't pick up paper - OKI B4400 Laser Printer

If the paper is not being picked up from the tray assembly try applying mild soap to a soft cloth and clean the paper pick up rollers. Do not use rubbing alcohol because it will dry the rubber out so later they won't pick up at all

try it, but if still feed won't pick up the paper, you clean up the rubber (pick up roller) use alcohol material.

If your having pickup in both trays, there could be an issue with the hopping motor not running. What I find in the 4400 series most often, are the rollers wear out and simply "slip" Do you hear it picking up paper at all? Since it is a 4400, you could try adjusting the paper thickness too.

Possibly a fuser issue. Check by sending a 1 pg document to printer and opening cover when paper picked from tray but before it enters fuser. if image good then problem caused by fuser and you will need to replace. If image bad then possible defect with drum.
