Unable to discover bizhub c35 - Konica Minolta bizhub C351 All-In-One Laser Printer

I found this youtube video regarding a Bizhub trouble reset.

The video is for a Bizhub C203 machine but maybe it will work for the Bizhub C35 machine.

The counter data on one card does not match counter data on a different board did some one try to reset the counters to make the machine newer???? Need to get tech out to try and rewrite the firmware,

which is it c35 or c351
