Thick black line appears 1/2 way across image when scanning

Try to wipe the scanner bed/glass with a soft cloth. If problem continues and the thick black line also appears when making a copy, it could be hardware problem. Then you will need to contact Lexmark technical support for additional assistance.

No black when printing color

Dear Sir,

You are getting black lines in green color, and apperence of parallel light and dark lines because your colour catridge is almost empty. So solution is replace the catridge and take a printout. There is no proplem with a printer. i think it solves your problem.

Colour lines across the page

Hey Paul, Can you post a scan of the printed paper? It may help diagnose your problem. The most common cause of lines accross the page is either the PhotoConductor Unit or the 2ND BTR Assy.
