Timer light flashing on a sharp cd-sw340 unable to turn on

I'd start with a replacement main board

replace swollen filters on power supply,if still not working output ic needs replacing also.

on the remote - hit the demo button - done

The problem could be a broken loading belt, the gears are jammed, or the timing of the loading system is out of sync.

My sharp mini component CD es777 won't work. it only flashes a red light where timer is. I tried the remote timer but still no luck. Help

i have the sharp cd-sw330, it has no display and won't turn on but the timer just keeps flashing, i have done the bit it says about pressing the timer button then arrows and memory but that doesn't seem to work help?

I'm having same issue with same TV. It powers off after about an hour and red power light starts flashing. Only way to power back on is by unplugging TV and waiting a while, then plugging it back in, but then the TV will turn off again after a few more minutes, red light flashing again. I've checked the sleep timer and it is turned off, so any other solutions to this problem? All capacitors on power board look fine (not blown). I've read it could be solder joints in power board need to be resoldered.

Did you ever solve this problem.
I'm having the same issue and lost the remote.
