I don't have one of these, so a couple of guesses: turn on TV from front panel and attempt to turn off from remote. If that doesn't work turn on TV from front panel and look for setup menus which may have gotten trashed somehow. Take batteries out of remote and leave out for an hour. to see if it resets itself. Have you called Zenith help line?
I had ot go online to buy a remote control to use with my zenith concierge tv. It is the same model # as yours. I ended up paying almost 40 dollars for a remote made by lg who I believe bought out zenith. I believe you could problably just get a universal remote and get the same thing accomplished. I can do everything with the remote I ordered except the one thing I wanted it for and that is to turn up the volume. It says on the menu, custom, not preset, but it still will only go up halfway no matter what I do. I heard that you could program the tv to factory settings but I tried that with another remote and all it did was reprogram the remote so that it didn't work anymore. If you have any suggestions as to how I can get the volume to work on my tv, I would appreciate it as well
You have a hotel/motel model that cannot be programmed or any of the settings changed without a special Master remote. Sorry, doubt that you can buy one from the store, they are not sold to the public. Contact the hotel where you bought the set and try to get the model number for the remote from them. This is a different number than the model number of your tv.
The key lock is a function that can only be reset with a remote. Go to www.zenith.com and under "support" you'll find product manuals. You can enter your model number and get the manual, but once "key lock" is on, you'll need a remote to change it.
The "H" model Zenith TVs are hotel/motel sets designed that
a roomer cannot access the menu feature. Your best bet would
be to purchase a name brand universal remote which has the
menu button feature or order an original Zenith master remote
which would not require programming. Once you have a workable
remote which will allow you to access the on-screen menus you
should be able to program the channels.
Hope this helps,

Open main menu and select manual program. In this option check skip on/off option is there. Otherwise select autoprogram the channels are automatically stored, after completing autoprogram TV displays program edit option. In that you can choose your needs.
