Changed numbers assigned to CO buttons, but the LCD lights no longer light up when CO buttons are depressed or when person at that extension is on the phone (telling the internal caller that they are on the phone). I know there is an internal setting to get the CO lights to work, but I am unable to find the full operational manual on this.

Remember that PROG 13 you pressed? First, press PROG and touch CO-1's button and make sure it still say CO-1. If not, dial 01 STORE and it will become CO-1 again.
Now, pick up the handset and hang it up so you clear the phone and press PROG 13 1 STORE PROG
Easy when you have the manual :-)

SOURCE: Assign Extension Name
THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOUR SYSTEM SINCE THE U.S. VERSION TA IS NOT THE SAME.
From the System Manager's phone, go into programming and select program 604.

From the main phone, press PROG **1234 and dial 004. Press ENTER 2 times (watch out, it moves on the display) and you will be looking at 101 : OPERATOR if it's still unprogrammed. Keep pressing NEXT until you get to the one you want to change and use a combination of the keypad and the AUTO ANS button to spell out the new name. The STORE button saves it, the right arrow and clear button step back and forth on the line you're entering.
You can pick up the handset and drop it back into the cradle when you're done to exit.

Below is a couple proceedures on the subject --first one sets your personal security code in case you lose your Fob or if the battery should die the second one is ASSIGNMENT of a Key Fob to the bike
Below
This must be done when you buy a new button type key fob for the Alarm if you lose one.
I assume you know your personal entry code using the directional switches and the key switch to activate , if not , it's in the Owners Manual
If you never set the code, the dealer can help you out here.
1. Set run switch to off
2. ign to acc
3. hold both turn sigs till lights flash
4. use Left Turn Signal to enter number by pushing 7 times
5. use right turn signal as enter key
6. repeat until all 5 are entered and you hit enter
lights should flash and you should be OK.
KEY FOB ASSIGNMENT
The Key fob on TSSM motorcycles must be set so it will operate the alarm system on the vehicle.
This assignment must be completed with no pauses between steps greater than 10 seconds.
Turn the ignition OFF after all key fobs have been assigned.
The programming mode will also exit after 60 seconds has elapsed without detecting any fob signup messages
or turn signal switch activity.
Two key fobs may be assigned to the TSSM.
The first successful attempt to program a fob will disable all previously assigned fobs.
If a second fob is to be programmed, it must be done in the same programming sequence as the initial fob.
