Sandisk 8gb memory card write protected problem

hey I just figured this one out dont know if it is a cowinkydink or what but on the adapter the big one it has a little slide you wont see it unless you look for it, its on the leftside, it says lock one way and unlock is the other. So I switched it to unlock and it seems like its downloading, I havent got the error message about the write protection yet and its still downloading, Try that and see if it works, Im gonna try mine and see in about 4 minutes. On your SD card, there is a small tab near the top (similar to floppy a disks), just switch that the other way it should fix that lock error.
