Hi, hope you can shed some light on a problem I'am having, The machine was unpluged with power on and the hot connection was broke off. I fixed the power cord, power machine up & got C6020. I replaced thermister , same thing, checked power supply it semmed to be ok. I then took the power supply to the Wholesaler I bought the machine from and I tried it in a different machine, it was fine. This is where I'am @, I'am thinking main pcb?. Any help you can give would be greatly appreiciated. Thank You very much for your time in this matter. Chuck Clark

Chances are pretty good that there is a broken electrical wire or non functioning switch inside the unit.
If you have a continuity meter you might try (with the unit unplugged) to dismantle the unit and check.
The rule is:
It's already broke, so if you can't fix it you're no worse off.
Remove the lower panel by taking out the screws at the bottom. Unplug washer. Then reach up inside to the bottom of the door switch and pull down on lever to unlatch the door. Try running machine again after plugging back in.
IF this Hose Nipple is A Casted Aluminum or iron and is "part of" the Thermostat Housing Simply ( Replace T-Stat Housing itself),,,, If it is Part of the INTAKE MANIFOLD Ouch!! Replace Intake manifold. I Hope this Sheds Light on your Problem so as to Lead to A Good Repair for your Vehicle, If this does help

Try Unplugging It For A Minute Maybe You Had To Much In It And The Motor May Have Gotten To Hot And Tripped Itself. If This Doesn't Help You'll Need To Take It Apart And Look Around For A loose Connection Or A Trip Switch. Maybe Even The Belt Broke If Its An Older Model. www.Myspace.com/CrossRoadsToNowhere2007
The simple diagram for that specific problem it connected series to thermal cut off sensor.
The two black wires, One came from a power supply line (it means an active power
and the other one goes to the load motor) If you shorted it connection it will run the motor.
But it bypass the sensor.
Unplug the power then try to fix the both end of that black wire connected to terminal bolt of your thermal sensor by replacing the broken plastic nut with a new one.
Fit the nut thight to avoid electrical arch while giving power on at the start.
You may have a bad control board that is giving it a bad signal. It will not heat until that is fixed. Call the manufacturer and tell them what is going on and they may be able to shed some light on it.
