SOURCE: my dryer has a loud squeaking noise it is a frigidaire dryer model num AEQB6000ES2

Hello there and welcme to fixya
This is a fairly common problem with these dryers
please check each of the following you will probably have to remove the outer shell to get axcess to these parts listed below
Rollers
Many dryers use rollers or wheels to support the clothes drum. When these rollers are worn, they can be noisy. You should replace the whole set of rollers at the same time. Idler pulley Dryers have a tension or idler pulley that keeps tension on the main drive belt. When it's worn, it can be noisy. When that happens, don't lubricate it. Just replace it. Glides Many dryers use nylon or plastic glides at the front of the clothes drum for support. When these are worn, they can be noisy. When that happens, replace them. Rear drum bearing Some dryers support the clothes drum in the rear with a center spindle instead of rollers. The spindle may be a ball-and-socket type support or a shaft through a sleeve. When the components are worn, they may squeak, squeal, or rub. You can't repair them. Just replace them when they're worn. Blower wheel Your dryer's blower wheel pulls air over the heat source, through the clothes drum, and past the thermostats, then pushes it out the exhaust duct. The blower wheel, which is usually plastic, may wear out over time. But if it's noisy, it may simply be clogged with lint. Clean the blower and test to see if the dryer is still noisy. If it is, you probably need to replace it.

My frigidaire dryer GLEQ2152ES0 runs but no heat ?

Good Morning Friend,

I understand that you are receiving an "AD" error code on your Frigidaire dryer, model# GLEQ2152ES0. I also see that your dryer is not heating. The "AD" code states that your appliance is in an auto dry cycle. I suggest resetting your dryer, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and start any cycle. If further troubleshooting is needed, I ask that you please let me know the error codes displayed on your appliance. Hope this is helpful.

AEQB6000ES2 dryer wont heat

There are 4 things that can cause this issue: 1. Thermal Fuse (Protects the dryer from overheating and fires) if this is blown, the drum will still turn but you will have no heat. {Cheapest Fix} 2. Heating Element Assembly {Third Cheapest} 3. High Limit Thermostat (if this is stuck OPEN, the dryer will not heat) {Second Cheapest but rare issue} 4. Main Control Board (Check all the other parts first as this is not cheap and there is no way to test it, if the other parts do not fix the issue, replace this. Not a common issue but can be a manufacturer defective item)

My frigidaire dryer isn't heating up..and after 20min.. is displaying AD??

Is this the only code you are showing...The AD indicates the dryer is in the Auto Dry cycle....You most likely have a blow thermal fuse...A faulty heater coil...You would need to break dryer down and test components with a meter.
Here is a tech sheet you can download...This will walk you thru the troubleshooting.

Displayed codes

Hi,
Error code "AD" means air/automatic dry. This type of dryer has no thermo fuse which is a fuse like part that tends to break disengaging the heating element, there for the dryer has a busted heating element. There is no other go you should go for a replacement of your heating element. This solution will solve your problem.

Maytag gas dryer wont heat

Since your hot surface ignitor is glowing, that means it is trying to heat, or that all the temp. switches are good and the timer is sending the signal. First check that there is actually gas pressure to the dryer. But the common problem is the coils on the gas valve. There are two, called the booster/holding coil, and the secondary coil. They are purchased as a set (part #279834 / $20.00) if it is the same as my mdg8600aww model. If that doesn't work, then likely the gas valve itself.

Sometimes those coils will open circuit when they warm up, and close when they cool down, giving you an erratic operation symptom.
