Trouble opening saved image move file in Pinnacle; "trouble finding the downloaded images"; frames seem to have lost the images. Can you help

Go into your search box and type in the Pinnacle Studio plus 12, then search all files in your hard drive which should be ( C: drive), any thing with that name will come up then you click on all the files in that folder to look for your images.

Then open the "My Computer" -> "Removable disk" -> "DCIM" -> "100_FUJI" folder and select "Select All" in the "Edit" menu. Then select "Copy" in the "Edit" menu; open the folder in which you want to save the images, and select "Paste" in the "Edit" menu. All the selected images are copied and saved in the folder. You can also copy the images by selecting the entire "100_FUJI" folder.
