When the red light turns off and only the green light is on that indicates that the battery pack is charged and the vehicle is ready to use. If the charger light stays green and there is no red light when the charger is plugged into the vehicle and into the wall this could be caused by many things.

yes, when the charging device is turned off and you plug in charger you get one red light and then a green blinking light while charging. When it stops blinking it is fully recharged.
Hi,normaly the green light says that the battery is fully charged,so if its red it might be that its charging but not fully charged, but saying that if it dose not charge after some time then the red light can mean its not charging, just food for thought, all the best.
Kw How old are the batteries and have they been sitting up for a long time? If this is the case the charger cannot pick up really low batteries and charging them for 48 hours won't help. Unfortunately you have to get 2 new batteries. Your chair requires 2 U1 batteries. Now if the batteries are fairly new and when you plug the charger into the joystick you should be getting a red light and a yellow light on the charger. When fully charged the yellow light turns green. If you have both lights and it never turns green bad batteries if no lights or just the power light bad charger, If you have a digital voltmeter you can set it on 200 volts dc and place the leads in the two outter charger plug holes on the joystick. It should read the battery voltage fully charged 25-27 volts HOPE THIS HELPS
Red light indicates that the camera is out of charged., Try to charged your battery for 3-4 hrs if you encounter flashing red on a fully charged battery you need to call kodak 1 800 235 6325 ext 12
You can charged you camera using 5V AC Adaptor or a USB cable taht attached into the computer
I had the same problem. The Battery pack on mine was dead for a long time as i havent touched my Xbox 360 in a while. So SOLUTION Step 1. Plug the play and charge cord into the controller Step 2. If Light turns green within a minute or so, Unplug the play and charge cord and go to Step 1 (Repeating this process until the light stays red on the play and charge cord (3-10 times))
the pc function means that it is connected to your computer this is good because now you should be able to upload pics and ect...the red light is simply to show its charge level and is always on when plugged in to computer also there should be a switch on the side to change from camera to charge if its on charge and the light is red then its carging and it will turn green when its done.
OK ... after a lot of trial and error, I got mine to work. I think it may be a really low charge or something. I had to press the power button until it was completely dark ... no flashing faint green or any colors. Then when I plugged it in, I got a solid red and left it for awhile. Then when I pressed the power button I got yellow, red and green ... the computer recognized it and then got a solid yellow.
Before when I had it plugged in, I'd get a lot of red random flashing ... and it just didn't seem to charge at all ... even after a full day.
I think the issue was that it was in this "flashing state (red when connected, very faint green when disconnected)" It wasn't easy to get it to turn off completely. Most of the presses of the power button didn't change the state at all. But if I got it just right, I could see the faint green light go off. That's when I plugged it in and got a solid red light, and eventually a good charge.
