Can't remove products from my profile page.

Hi Steve - When signed in to Fixya, click on your name at the top right of the screen and click the "My products" link. That will lead you to the My Products page: http://www.fixya.com/myproducts.aspx

On this page you should be able to enter your product. If it's not working for you, you could also navigate to the actual product page and click the add to my products button.

If you let me know which product you are trying to add by replying below I will help you find the correct product and comment back with the correct page.

Hi Brenda, what is it you would like to delete?

It is not possible to remove posts, but you can add clarifications and comments to your questions and solutions by going to the thread page (clicking a question will take you there).

Clicking Edit next to your name (top right of the screen) will allow you to edit your profile. Here you can:

• Edit/delete Profile Information
  
• Change your Email Settings
• Unfollow Problems and Solutions
• See your Problems, Solutions and Tips

How do I update my profile?

1. Sign in to your FixYa account.
2. Click on the "My Profile" link at the top of the page.

Use the search bar on the homepage to search for and locate your product. 2. Go to your My Profile page. The product that you just searched for will now appear under "Recently Viewed Products" on the right. 3. Click the link that says "Add to My Products." 4. The product will now appear on your My Profile page along with a field where you can enter more products. In the future, this field will always be on your My Profile page. 5. Click on "Enter Warranty Details." 6. You will now have access to any current and future features of the Warranty Manager.
