I am a laid-off worker from Sears. In December, Sears Pension Service Plan Dept. mailed altter to me stating that I would receive a one-time cash-out payment from Sears. I have since called 1888 Sears to inquire about the check. My password no longer works and I can not EVER speak to anyone who can help me. I'd like to know, where is the check and when does Sears plan on mailing it to me.ut e
