it is just a battery and camera manufacturers use generic batteries
take the old battery out and all you need is a battery the same shape , voltage and composition --ni-cad or metal hydroxide
they would be available at any camera shop or online from e-bay
If you remove the battery cover/battery, there is usually a sticker that has important numbers printed on it. S/N or Serial Number should be there. If you cannot remove the battery, go into Settings on the phone, and find something along the lines of 'About Phone' and look around there for Serial Number.
serial numbers on cell phones are usually located underneath the battery of the cell phone. pop off the back cover, remove battery and all you serial numbers and other information should be located there.
