My lence wont shut or open - Exilim Casio Cameras

May be lence problem or u can do the lence reading speed by moving a point beside the lence. Let me know details about your product.

Hi It is lence problem, first clean the lence by using good quality lence cleaner(without liquid). and then remove the cover and top of the spindle. slightly clean the lence by cotton.Till problem will continue change the lence.

did you try holding the magic focus for 5 seconds and using the original remote to control it, if that doesnt work you can open the top back where there is a mirror and three lences clean the mirror and three lences with a microcloth and rubbing alcohol.

plz use a cloth on your cd driver lence . use cloth soft way on lence .

hi,if your leance could not open when you turn on camera so may be you must cheak the lence assembly breckeg , if the lence is open then servise lence unit and fix it properly,and the easy way is remove the lence unit and first remove moter from it and rolling well as possible.it must be smoth rolling between beralls of lence,then roll the moter alone well by using adapter about 5 volts,now fix it by aqurat ,you find a magic

if u want to do it your self then open the camera and remove the lence section ,now remove the motor and make smoth slipin lense berels,and clean the gears then fix it properly,repack the assembly and u get result what you want

hi,if you are a tecnition then open yor camera and remove the lence assembly,then remove the motor and clean the lence unit properly ,and check that smothness between lence beralls, it must be rolling smothly ,and roll the moter by using adapter of 5 volts ,roll motor both side ,after that fix it properly ,now you can check it by put suply on motor and see what has be done,if lence responce smothly in and out then fix it with camera,and see the magic

I had a problem this week when i tried to close my camera and the lence would not close but the camers would

I took the batterys out, then a couple of days later when i replaced the batteries and switched the camera on the lence closed properly, so i guess my solution was to remove the batteries and see what happens it did the trick.
