Question about iRiver H320 MP3 Player
When I connect wall charger it shows i'm connected to PC via USB. all functions disabled. will a new battery solve problem.

follow this process
right click on computer then
1. click properties
4.universal serial bus controller(open the + sign)
5.click upper one double click
6 go to driver
7.click on the update driver
8. then choose second one (advanced) then next
9.click don't search
10.then next next if it is over

The problem is to do with the Firmware you loaded onto the player, it may be a buggy version.
The way to get around the (always connected to USB) is to either short out pin 1 & pin 4 on the players mini USB port or cut the USB lead & touch the black & red wires together for a few seconds & then that will allow the player to come out of USB mode & then boot into the iRiver firmware, then all you need to do is re connect the player back to your pc & re download the Hex file & use the players menu to update the firmwate again.
Then you player should be fine.
