A friend gave me this , But no dish, How do i hook it up to dsl Versalink model 327w Or will i be better off buying a new one with all the right things with it? I have a lap top i would like to used in other rooms. Thanks
Conect the cables correctly, connect the dsl cable to the internet slot and a ethernet cable to the modem and the laptop, check if u r able to go online wired first, if not contact ur isp at&t and they would help you out to set it up first, and then u can check

I'm sorry to say but you cannot bypass the modem capability of the DSL Westell Modem/router because that is really made to function as a DSL modem and a router at the same time, so the best way to make everything work here since you change from DSL to Cable internet just need to get a wireless router like a Linksys WRT54G that can make everything work again like before.....

point will, for most people, be supplied with their new DSL service. Were you using a DSL service and suspended or disconnected? You should still have the drivers in your original computer. If not, the DSL people will install from their side. I'll keep looking for you.
