The on/off power light is flashing. When pressed to turn on f11 light turns on, on/off power light stays solid but the screen stays black. Ac power light on solid and connected to mains

What model of laptop is this? I will try to find the user manual and see if there is any info on this.

COULD HAVE HOUR COUNT LAMP LOCKUP YOU WILL NEED TO RESET HOUR COUNTER BY USING BUTTON CONFIG AND MAINS.

The power turns off almost immediately after turning on the TV. The more times I turn it on, the longer it stays on until eventually it stays on, but it takes anywhere from 20-50 clicks.

Sounds like bad capacitors.

When i try to turn on my Sony Vaio nothing turns on. A green light will stay on and a orange light beside it will blink. After I let go of the power button the green light stays on but the orange one turns...

the orange light always turns on while the power key is pressed.... try changing the battery......

Cannot get light to go on and then off at programmed time. Stays on. At cottage with no neighbours or ambient light. Installed professionally, not by myself. Frustrated many efforts before contacting...

Light stays on all the time: Turn power to light off. Wait 10 seconds. Turn power back on.
Typical option on motion lights: Quick power flick -- light stays on. Slow power flick -- light goes into motion sensing mode.
Hopefully the professional installer gave you a switch.

Is the red light suppose to stay on when you turn off the tv with the remote?

Yes it is supposed to stay on. This is the standby light. The television still draws power as do many electronic devices when not turned on and when in standby. If you do not want the red light to stay on you will have to unplug the television.

Power light is on, and nothing happens.

The RAM may have been "jammed up" when it was put to sleep. You said you powered down completely and then started up again. How long did you leave it before turning it back on? Try it again, but this time, unplug the adapter from it and also take out the battery so there is absolutly no power going to it. Leave it like that for about 5/10 minutes and then try it again.
