you would really have to check with the dealer or see if there is a place for one. some come with a starter upgrade and some dont

Assuming everything is electrically correct, the motor probably has a short in the winding somewhere. The motor should have a one year warrantee on it. Any pool store ought to be able to trade it out for you.

have you had a look on eBay for second hand or old stock being cleared.

What you probably hear and see is the AC hum of the electric motor of your refrigerator broadcasting at 60hrtz, and 120hrtz. Normally the ground leads of your electrical system is sufficient to absorbs this rf interference. I suspect that your electrical system is an older system in which the third ground lead was not run in order to tie all of the grounding of the electrical system to each other so as to absorb all of the noise put out by ac induction motors. This was common in the 1950s, and many systems have been upgraded to provide for that third ground lead. It is not dangerous, but a trifiling bit annoying.

I have the same electronics on hsp rally monster pro. 3300kv - but 75A ESC, i upgrade it to 6000kv with 5000A lipo without any programing to the ESC . it worked fine for couple of runs but i faced wires over heating problems after that something wrong went to the ESC !!! . .
Am going back to 3300kv, but need advice of what is the higher ampers/voltage battery can i use?

I can only assume that the new motor had a different gear ratio, this seems to me to be the only reason it would run slower.It should be printed on the motor itself or on the info that came with it.

I would check to see if it is the Axle Actuator.  On that model truck there is an upgrade available that is electrical upgrade.  Instead of using a vacuum to engage the axle, it uses a small electric motor.  The cost for this part isn't much more than the older vacuum model.  Usually the electrical one runs around $100.  This is a relatively easy change that most any person can do with just about any experience.
