Kyocera Hydro c5170 will not turn on

SOURCE: my phone wont even turn on if i charge the battery for more than 10 min, sometimes it'll say 5 percent some times it'll say 20 off of the same 15 min charge. but if i charge longer the cell wont even

please try with another full charge battery and you can see is there any wrong with your mobile or battery,
if it is problem with mobile it can be hardware damage of the charging circuit.
go for phone repair shop,

you go to setting then app manager and the swipe to right to the "all applications" and then try to find ur galery app and then once u find it tap on it and then click on "clear data" and it should only delete ur google backup pictures all ur other pictures such as screenshots, downloaded and the once taken from camera will stay there. only ur backup photos will delete
