? ? ?
If your TV is model 42PC3D, they don't have your screen in stock right now. If you look at the other screens that are 42", the are $350 and up. Other web site will charge more than double for the same screen.

Deal with this problems before.Sorry,tv some how the plasma screen itself,it is shorted and plasma screen it is dead. This problems ur tv have it is nothing to do with it elctronics boards problems. This tv it not repairable except by replaced the whole plasma screen as u know the screen are 90% important to tv and in limited in production by the tv corporation.Nowhere to buy the screen, but except the tv corporations themselves.By replacing the plasma screen, will cost the same as a new tv.
NO....You must pay attention to all numbers on the back of the TV. Verify these with your tech or contact your LG customer support for the correct board numbers. If the screen was broken I doubt if you can repair this for less than it cost to replace. The screen for this one runs at about $650.00. Good Luck and good advice!
Wow, that sucks. I hope you catch those guys.
Your part number for the plasma display panel is 6348Q-E128N. Partstore.com is the only place that I can find a replacement plasma panel. The cheapest they have is $1,045.95. :( Shopjimmy.com sell replacement panels too, but they don't have one in stock for our TV right now. Their priced about $300
The only thing I can suggest is to find someone locally that is selling the model TV, but non-working with the plasma panel not damaged. Then use the panel off that TV.
Sorry I couldn't help you out more.

If your screen has cracks running inside the display then you will need a replacement screen. The Plasma screen is the most expensive part and would cost almost the price a new TV as there would also be a labour cost to add on.
Unfortunatly when the screen is broken it costs about as much as a new tv to replace. I paid 1600 for an LCD and my daughter broke it. I would have cost 1200 to replace the lcd panel. So I just bought a new TV. For you new TV pick up a product called TV Armor. Its a TV screen protector designe d to stop objects from breaking the TV screen. http://www.tv-armor.com . I bought one a few weeks ago and now I can finally relax when she is playing near the TV.
