My cannon ip 1300 printer is printing overlap letters/lines after every 2/3 lines

clean print head with wet tissue ,,,,, remember tissue must be wet with hot water,,,, keep print head up and dump the hot wet tissue in down purger

If you have clean the print head and nothing,you need to replace the print head.

Print heads on the printer cartridges are dirty/clogged. Try running a few cleaning cycles. If there is no change simply change the cartridges. If printing photos let the machines know that's what you're trying to do, it will overlap passes with the print head to hide lines.

this printer prints a multipage document on 1 page everytime

You need a new Toner Cartridge

sounds like you're dealing with Postscript issues here. Does your HP have postscript drivers installed.
