479627 is your meter not the error code.

3511 and 4511 color machines will be obsolete at the end of this month. Advise you call your local Toshiba dealer and talk to them about a trade in upgrade.

you could try to remove the developer (is where you put the bottle of toner) and clean the toner that is in the machine and the contacts.

I'm getting a "PLACE DOC. FEEDER IN DOWN POSITION" message when I place a document in Doc Feeder input tray of my Toshiba E-Studio 3511 copier. It is down. I have removed and reinstalled the feeder...

On the rear left side of the copier there should be a black hinged actuator sticking up out of a hole in the panel, directly opposite of that there should be a white plastic tab that pushes that actuator down. If not try taping the actuator down flat with the cover.

I HAVE A E STUDIO 281 C TOSHIBA COPIER. THE TONNER IS SMEARING AND NOW I AM GETTING FREQUENT PAPER JAMS JUSTIN PISANO

What you have is a fusing problem. The problem of the toner not sticking to the paper has to do with the hot rollers. There are three problems that you may have the first is the unit is not heating up to correct temp. next is the pressure between the hot and pressure rollers is not to spec. or the roller is damaged or wore out . good luck

Black Lines and Very Harsh noise on a new Tonner. No printing with New tonner

Those printer tonners are very tricky to refill and a bad refill induse on bad printing so you can clean the drum (the round green thing) with isopropilic alchool. If it continues it indicates that the blade ( inside tonner plastic blade that cleans the excess tonner powder) is durty and you can clean it too with the same alchool. If it continues replace the tonner cartridge.
