Whel the only way that I think you can do that is by connecting an otg cable (if it supports it or something similar) and then connect the usb device of a wireless keyboard

Then U must Replace Your touch pad with the original one from any authorised service centre or mobile repairing shop.

there is only one way, you have to replace your screen, the way you do it depends on model, usually it isn't worth trying to do it by yourself.

If the touch screen is broken then there is no other way but to replace the unit and it is best that you take consensus and estimate before going further.

If you have black dots one of two things is broken

1. The Video Controller is broken
2. The LCD is broken

If you cant use the touch then the issue is a broken or disconnected touch panel (The touch and LCD are two separate components)

This is easily fixed for about $100. I replaced mine after a fatal fall shattered my front glass. and components.

If you are not tech savvy, call Apple they can fix it, but if your not covered by warranty then it'll cost you A LOT!
