SOURCE: Oven cuts out after ten minutes and comes back after cooling down.
We have the same problem with our oven, AEG B2190-1.It started on on Christmas day[worst day of year]gets up to temperature after 10-15 minutes cuts out everything switches off until the oven has cooled down, The oven is only 18 months old. We have been told that it is a thermostat problem.

Our HBN655 had similar issues- the upper cooling fan would cycle on and off on a relatively quick duty cycle until the whole mess cooled off enough and it shut off.
My workaround is to turn the temperature dial off but leave the oven function dial on to BAKE. This seems to force the fan to stay on; then we shut it off a while later and avoid the annoying fan cycling.
(note- 2 years ago, our fan became intermittent, varying speed, etc... for about 2 months before it quit entirely. When that happened, the oven started to heat then the thermal cutout kicked in and the oven shut down entirely. We ended up replacing the fan and that fixed the bug... except now it's starting to act up again...)
(also note- the racks on this beast have a faulty design. if you have a heavy casserole and slide the rack out all the way, it tends push the sidewalls apart and the rack drops. I spoke with Bosch about this and they sent me new racks, no charge... so they know there's a problem. But the new racks don't fix the bug; they just make it harder to reproduce. I have actually had one rack fall with 2 piping hot casseroles on it. Fortunately no one was hurt.)

if fan inside oven starts but no heat, then the probability is that the element is open circuit and needs replacing
SOURCE: bottom oven not working
A tripped breaker or blown fuse on an electric oven or cook-top, combined with an element that has stopped working, is usually a sign of a shorted, then blown (if the fuse or breaker no longer fail) element.
If you know how to use an ohmeter, you can pull the element, disconnect the wires from each end, then measure the resistance between each end of the element, and each element to the outer sheath.
A good element has just a few ohms of resistance between the wire connection points, and infinite resistance from the wire connection points to the outer sheath. Any readings other than that means the element is bad and need's to be replaced.

If you are certain that the element is o/k, and it is not heating, then thwere are 2 possibilitues.
1- the oven thermostat could be faulty, whereby it is giving a feed to the element.
2-some ovens have a fan only setting, as well as heat and fan, make sure that it is not on a fan only setting.
Hope this helps.

My oven is a stoves gra900, a gas double oven. The problem occurred recently. After use I noticed that the cooling fan was still in operation a couple of hours after the oven had switched off. I switched off the power supply to the oven overnight and then switched the power back on next day. Immediately the cooling fan and the burner fans activated. Neither oven, nor the grill will ignite.
