Fridge works on gas...but not on AC

Your heater should measure 44 ohms, give or take 10%.

95 Ohms is way off. The RM2310 uses a 92 ohm heating element, perhaps you installed / were sold the wrong heating element?

Fridge wont get cold with gas

This is worth a try. Disconect the gas and power make sure the pilot light is out. Turn the fidge unside down overnight then unright again. Try it on gas agian. This worth a couple of goes before giving up.

I have a rv with the Dometic RM2852 refridg. It works fine on gas, but when I switch to AC input the gas turns off like normally should but the refridg does not cool. The Auto light is on, 120VAC is OK at...

First thing to check is that the control switches are in the proper position, since some RV fridges require a particular placement for the fridge to operate on different power souces.

Check your owner's manual for troubleshooting steps for your specific fridge, beyond that, here's link to a site that provides a step-by-step troubleshooting guide complete with active links for each potential issue.

RV refrigerator works fine on AC power. Burns for 30 seconds on gas power then shuts off.

tap on the gas valve with a wrench, not too hard but not too light about 10 times, the valve is probably sticky from not being used,re-light and see what happens.

Dometic rv fridge runs fine on elec, lights on gas but in one min shuts down. Dometic RV S1621 fridge runs fine with elec, when start gas operation. The burner runs for about 30 seconds then shuts off....

It is key that all control switches are in the correct position, depending on what power source you are using, gas, electric, etc. If the switches are not in the proper setting, the unit will not operate.

Here's the manual for your fridge that should be printed out for your use and reference (and reading enjoyment). It has all the info needed to operate and troubleshoot it.

Typically, when using any gas appliance with a pilot light, the sensor has to first be hot enough to trigger it to allow the safety gas shutoff to open and allow the gas to flow to the pilot/burner. Follow the instructions and you should be all set.

Dometic rv fridge

Your possibly getting a DC voltage interuption Your convertor can be over heating causing a temporary drop. You can chech this by turning everthing dc supplied on and watch to see if the check light comes on then. Primary is electric and if no electric then it is suppose to look for gas.
