Make sure that you replaced the fuse with exact ratings. Low
ampere ratings will not handle current as what the original fuse installed. If
still fuse keeps blowing after replacing with the same rating, this is an
indication that you have a short on the power supply section. It can't be fixed
by replacing the fuse alone. Short usually near the AC line where parts like
the following are present.
This is the common parts that
might be shorted and made the fuse blew. You may visit the linkhttp://www.fixya.com/support/r8053361-fuse_keeps_blowing for more info.
If you don't have necessary tools and test instruments, and
can't do the job yourself, I would advice you to look for a professional to troubleshoot the problem. Don't
attempt to work in the power supply if you don't know the safety precaution.
You may also replaced the entire power supply board. Click this LINK to order online.
If you are near to repair shop, you may bring the power supply board to them and isolate the shorted parts, you will save some money rather than sending the entire unit.
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
Thanks for using Fixya.
