If the picture went blank, either the TV has no signal or something is defective within the TV's electronic components. There is no reset button that will repair a broken TV.
Does the mechanical action of the button still work? i.e. can you feel the click when you press the button?
If it still feels normal then it is probable that the ribbon connecting it to the main board has moved slightly so that it has broken the connection inside the socket and will just require seating correctly.
If not then you may have to source another camera for donor parts.

Sorry if the specific buttons are unclear, I tried to make them as simple as possible
One of the cables connecting to the other buttons probably came out of its socket. It needs to be opened up and checked 1st. Sometimes maybe there is a crack which needs to mended to restore the reset of the button.
