You can download the driver for your webcam from the hp official website (click here). Once you click the link, download will begin automatically, save it and install it after download is completed. Connect the camera before you install the software, ignore any warning or messages if you are asked/presented and proceed with the installation. If it's not successful you'll need to follow the inscreen instructions with "Found New Hardware" Wizard.

Para usar tu webcam necesitas instalar los drivers necesarios.
Para hacerlo anda al sitio de HP de drivers de tu producto (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3308694&) y descarga los drivers de tu sistema operativo. Instalalos y debería empezar a funcionar.
