Frame output IC means nothing, but the VERTICAL OUTPUT IC. Every TV will have it, which will scan picture vertically at 50 or 60 Hz. [1 HZ means one frame per second. Normally TVs will have 50Hz, 60Hz and 100Hz vertical frequency]. As vertical frequency rat increases, the picture fliker wil decrease. High level high-cost TVs will have 100Hz or even more frequency will be used for vetical scanning.
In the case of computer monitors, the vertical frequency will vary from 60Hz to 120hz. You can see its picture stability, at this high frequency.
The IC [Integrated Circuit Chip], which generates the vertical frequency and outputs it called the vertical output [frame output] IC. OK

Sorry, but it's been a long time since scanners could be modified to extend or change their frequency coverage. The AIR band in your BC350C allows you to monitor commercial, private, and some military aircraft. If you want full military air coverage though, I suggest that you look at the reasonably-priced BC370CRS.

Listening in since the 60's

The M2008 set (NT9K08AD03) doesn't work on a CICS system. It works with the Meridian PBX systems. The type of sets that work with a Compact ICS system are M 7100, 7208, 7310, 7324 and T 7100, 7208, 7316, 7316e as well as some of thier cordless sets.

Sorry, but your radio is limited to 16 channels in the 400-430 and 440-470 MHz ranges. The number of channels cannot be expanded, nor can the frequency coverage.

Its so easy to use you really don't need a manual for the Uniden BC
142XL scanner.

Turn it on. Push the MANUAL button to stop it from scanning.

Push number 1, then push MANUAL again. This should leave you on
channel one.

Using the keypad enter the frequency you want to monitor, then push
E. Press REVIEW at anytime to see what frequency is programmed
there. If the review button flashes 000.0000 on the display, you might be entering an invalid frequency. Refer to the frequency coverage list below.

Push MANUAL to step to channel number two. Enter the frequency. Push E. Push MANUAL to step to channel three. Repeat this process until all ten channels are programmed, or you've run out of frequencies to enter.

Push "SCAN" to start automatically scanning the frequencies. The
radio will stop when it hears someone talking, and resume scanning two
seconds after the conversation has stopped.

29.7 to 50 MHz (VHF Low Band)
50 to 54 MHz (6 Meter Amateur Band)
136 to 144 MHz (Military Land Mobile)
