Re: For a scanning problem
What method are you using to scan? SMB, FTP, TWAIN, or scan to HDD and retrieve from computer. Trying to gather informations sounds like it is trying to access something like an LDAP or remote settings/server.

You do not turn on the Print Driver. the print driver is on your computer which allows the computer to talk to the printer. when you click print on the computer your C351 should be the printer it goes to. try this site for help
CDCXX-trouble related to security.Try to reset: Turn OFF the copier.Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the utility key and wait to Trouble reset message appaire on the display.(1-2 minutes.).Release the utility key and touch the message.Turn OFF the copier, wait 1 minutes and turn ON.If the error code displayed call the technical rep. from Konica Minolta.
There could be a number of things causing this, including port blocking at your server level - check with your IT professional.
It would help to know how you're trying to scan (i.e. scan to e-mail, scan to FTP, scan to desktop), if the C351 has an EFI (Fiery) print server incorporated and how it's set up for scan interfacing with the copier. There's so many variables, it would be very difficult to pinpoint any one solution without knowing just how the copier and your network are set up.
After pressing "scan," press "Direct Input," then "Scan to E-mail." That will come up with a digital keyboard with which you can enter the e-mail. You'll have to type out the whole address, as on my printer (even though I have the manual) I can't seem to find out how to save it so you don't have to type it in every time...
However, after inputting the e-mail address, press "Start" and it should scan to the e-mail.
this can be easily done via your web browser by typing in the IP address of the MFP and set it from there.
You need the IP address of the laptop and is best to put the shared folder in the main drive (C).
Then for the file path you just need to enter the name of the shared folder EXACTLY as it is on the lap top.
You also MUST enter the ID a password to give it access.
