No water check supply

The water supply cut previously during mid cycle. The water supply has since returned but the error message "no water check supply" keeps flashing up towards the end of each cycle. The water does not drain properly and the cycle never seems to finish as a result. The detergent is also not being properly drained from the drawer.

SOURCE: Machine stops in Rinse & Spin Cycle & leaks water

suspect problem is that water is not draining fast enough so when machine gets to spin there is too much water present which gets thrown up thro thew soap drawer. check the filter. on many hotpoint filter is not obvious. at back, take off bottom panel. you will see a large dia hose going from bottom of machine to pump. undo this hose at the tub end and the filter is inside it. be carefull. if you havn\'t managed to drain, a lot of water will come out. if this doesn\'t work, get back to me if you want

SOURCE: Not draining

it will be the pump they have a small fan inside them they get weak and with the pressure of the water they stop spinning which doesnt push your the water through the motor fast enough to drain properly replace and you will see the difference

SOURCE: F-05 error message on Hotpoint 860

I actually found it was the pump but not that it was faulty. When we took it out there was a hair stretchy ( like a rubber band) wrapped around the wheel stopping it from working properly. Took that off and it is now working perfectly. Even big wads of hair can do that so even if it doesn't seem to be blocked take the wheel out of its casing and have a good look at the spindle.

SOURCE: Hotpoint WD440 1400 Spin

There has been an unbalanced load and the machine could not spin
(see ‘Automatic Features’, Starting and Programmes).
Has the drain hose been installed correctly (see Installation)?
Are the drain hose, standpipe or undersink connections blocked?
Has ‘Rinse Hold’ option been selected? If so press the Rinse Hold button

drain hose make sure there are no kinks and the end is over the top of washer to drain this ensures that there is no back flush with drain pipe

clean the dispenser drawer regularly

Clean and dry the dispenser

Never force the machine door: this could damage
the safety lock mechanism designed to prevent

My washing machine currys C510WM11 beeps after doing a complete cycle and the lights at 60 keeps flashing. We have just replaced the carbon brush.

The beeping and flashing lights on your Currys C510WM11 washing machine after a complete cycle may indicate an error or issue with the machine. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Check the user manual: The manual may have information on what the flashing lights and beeping mean. Check the troubleshooting section to see if there are any tips on how to resolve the issue.

Check the door: Ensure that the door is properly closed and latched. If the door is not closed properly, the machine will not start or complete a cycle.

Check the water supply: Make sure that the water supply to the machine is turned on and that the hoses are not kinked or clogged.

Check the drain: Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. If the drain is clogged, the machine may stop mid-cycle and beep.

Check the carbon brush: Make sure that the carbon brush is installed correctly and that it is making proper contact with the motor. If the brush is not installed correctly, the machine may not function properly.

If you have tried these steps and the issue persists, you may need to contact a professional repair technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

1. First, check that the tap is not accidentally turned off.
2. Check that the gray water inlet hose is not squashed or kinked lies.
3. It is also possible that the filter is clogged in the supply hose. Close the tap and disconnect the hose. Here is some pressure on it, so keep a towel handy. Check the filter that output waterklraan, and clean it if necessary.

Stop mid cycle

Hello Nick - Based on the symptoms you are describing, you may either have a communication error from the main control board or the timer itself may not be operating correctly. If you noticed a humming noise, it could either be a clogged drainage hose or pump that needs to be cleaned, or it could possibly have another issue with the door lock assembly. I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose the washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.

Hoover hpe 236. water not draining, stops mid cycle, lights flash

Have you checked the pump filter, and or that the pump is actually working. if it spins o/k with no water in, then I would suspect a draining problem.
If filter clean and pump o/k, then it could be a control module fault. if this were the case, then it would probably be wiser to purchase a new washer.
Hope this is of some help to you.

Stops during rinse cycle

Dear customer,

We recommend the following when a washer's cycles dont advance..
  1. If the washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer does not advance, the timer probably needs to be replaced
  2. If the timer does not advance while the washer is in a spin cycle, the timer probably needs to be replaced
  3. If the timer does not advance during the rinse cycle, check whether water has filled the tub, if not, it is likely cold water related. Check the cold water supply valve, check the supply hose for kinks, check the filter screen and check the water inlet valve
For details on how to self test these parts plz refer to http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/washer/washer.php
Plz rate this solution.. thank you..

F-05

F05 machine means "Pressure switch jammed"

Try first cutting power to the machine for two minutes, if that reset the code, then the problem was temporary.

If not :

Check if the machine drained, or if water is not being drained.

If drain system works .take off the the lid , locate the switch, it must have a small hose attached.
Remove the rubber hose attached to it, and unlock it by blowing into the hose.

If the water does not drain, this will also cause the pressure switch error.
In this case check the drain hose , and the drain pump.

Finally, ta faulty timer control board can cause the error, you test the control PCB if lid switch and drain system are OK.
