Question about Ceiva Digital Picture Frame
Receiver frame does not display new pictures transmitted. Frame still displays pictures sent previously but has not converted over to new pictures sent. I can be reached at [email protected] which is my valid email address.

SOURCE: copy photos from pc
Look for an option when you open photo manager that says upload picture. Browse the locations then choose my computer, pictuers and click open the picture that you want in photo manager. Other wise, try to put/copy the picture in a new folder in you computer, then click cut and paste to photo manager.

It tends to be the problem of internal circuit board in digital photo frame .If the adaptor is working fine with other digital photo frame then definitely it is problem of internal connection . So better replace the unit if it is under warranty . Else one more try is just tap on the sides of photoframe when you power on the unit .
