Top part of haier BCD-290W fridge is not cooling

The manual is in Chinese ...help

it is brand new and it has bottons to control it but the use of the buttons are in chinese please is there a manual in english

The small cooling fan in the freezer compartment that sends chilled air to the food side is defective and needs replacement. Sometimes that are only frozen stuck.

NORMALLY, wine fridges have two sections, Upper Section for chilled white wines and Bottom section for red wine cellaring. In your case, they are reversed, but is definitely dual zone.

My 3yo Haier HTQ21jaaww refrigerator no longer cools. The coils have been cleaned to no avail. Help I have a big family and need my fridge!!!

things to ck . is the compressor running ? remove back the comp will feel hot if running . if its running it may have lost its gas .. / if not running but the cooling fans are . the relay on the compresser may have failed .. hope htis elps mm .. feed back pls ..
