Take a flashlight and look inside the drum at the holes on the back end of the drum where the hot air comes in. On mine, there is an air deflector on the back side of the drum and the space between this deflector and the drum was packed with lint. The lint blocked about half the holes. I had to take the drum out, remove this deflector by removing four screws inside the drum then cleaning out the lint. The lint was all brown and scorched.

Dryer Squeak, Tight Drum, Burning Smell

The loud, constant squeak/squeal from your Frigidaire dryer, combined with a burning smell, indicates a serious problem that needs to be addressed. While replacing the drum bearing kit was a good step, it appears that there may be other issues at play.
One possible cause of the squeaking could be a worn or damaged drive belt or idler pulley. If the idler pulley spring came off, it is possible that the belt is not properly tensioned and may be slipping or rubbing against the drum, causing the squeaking noise. Additionally, a slipping belt can generate a burning smell as it heats up from the friction.
Another possible cause of the burning smell could be a malfunctioning heating element, which may be overheating the dryer and causing the burning odor.
It is recommended that you stop using the dryer immediately and unplug it from the power source. It is not safe to continue using a dryer that is producing a burning smell.

What does this symbol mean on my LG TD-C70080E condenser dryer?

Unfortunately, without a picture of the symbol you are describing, it is difficult to give a precise answer. However, based on your description of the symbol and the accompanying burning plastic smell, it is possible that the symbol is indicating an issue with the dryer's motor or belt. The symbol you are describing with the oval and arrows could indicate a rotating part, such as a drum or belt, and the smell of burning plastic suggests that something in the motor or belt may have overheated and melted.
It is important to immediately stop using the dryer and unplug it from the electrical outlet until you can determine the cause of the issue and make any necessary repairs. It may be best to contact a professional technician or LG customer service for further assistance and to avoid causing any further damage to the dryer.

The rubber drive belt is burning up most likely cause by bearing going. The bearings are your ratteling sound and the burning smell is the rubber belt dragging.

I have an ASKO T700 dryer. When I turn it on, it makes a high pitched squeak. If it's on for longer than a minute, I can smell a burning smell. Any suggestions?

you got a roller or belt idler not turning and burning the drum belt. you have to take the dryer apart and find the problem. if you need to lubricate a roller or idler use mineral oil or roller oil, do not use wd-40 or 3 in one.

Dryer stoped running

Your drive belt may have broken if it smelled like rubber burning. If that is the case then your motor bearing are worn out or something has been lodged between your dryer drum and the dryer housing. If the smell was the odor of burning plastic, then your motor is probably burned up.

Burning smell

Sounds like your drier is over loaded. Belt slipping due to : to much weight in drier. The drier motor is an adjustable. Belt test: If you can twist belt more than a half a turn it is to lose. Replace belt.
