I manually put cheats into my action replay ds as i lost the connector and now it has like tons of copies of the same game i erased all the games in it and put in the code id for the game from...

You can fix it,just follow these instructions: 1.) Turn on the DS holding the (A) + (B) button.

2.) Then press and hold [Start] + [Select] While still holding (A) + (B) after the Nintendo Screen Is Displayed and Before it says "This Product Is Not Endorsed by Nintendo"

3.) If done correctly a message will pop up stating that the firmware has been reset.
[NOTE: Some Action Replays do NOT display this message]

This is the Solution.
[Also Note: It takes many users a few tries before getting it, please be patient, because it does work]

My Action Replay Code Manager (DS) on the Codelists, there is no button that says "Add New Game/Cheat/etc."

Uninstall your current Code Manager software, then download and install this: http://us.codejunkies.com/nds_actionreplay/SetupUS1_05.exe. It worked for me...finally have all the options, to add new game, new cheat...etc...

AR says 'insert game cart', when a game is already inserted...

I have this problem too and I am trying to find a better way to fix this, but here's a simple solution so far:

1. Put in your AR and go the the code menu for you game.
2. Select any codes you want to use.
3. Take out the AR and insert the game.
4. Press the START icon that should now be showing.

NOTE: If the game being played is reset or you used Soft Reset the codes turn off.

Action Replay deleted all of the cheats for Nintendo DS

you can reconnect your ds+AR and you can put the codes back on there by clicking and draging one of codes list from codejunkies.com if you have your Action Replay Code Manager installed, which should come on a disc you bought with your AR

My Action Replay was fine, till a Cheat it destroyed it.

I soon found, after a lot of searching that the makers of the action replay, Code Junkies have a troubleshooting part of their web site, I found this really helpful as it had descriped on one of their device problem list, all the problems I had seen on the AR they have reset option to fix your AR if problems presist you can contact them. I would highly recomend this for anyone with these problems
http://us.codejunkies.com/support/ is the site just copy and paste on the address bar, it will have a list of problems with a anwser to fix it, however you must have a product that is from codejunkies overwise if it is from another make then their help won't work. If you are unsure wether your AR or anyother Cheating device is from code junkies go on the web site and check out their products if yours isn't on there, there is a chance it isn't from code junkies.

Hope this helps, Xamous

Action Replay DS has deleted avery single cheat code it came with

Your Action Replay DS hardware may require resetting if you are experiencing any of the following problems:
* Code Manager PC software is reporting that Action Replay DS does not contain enough free space when it actually contains no codes.
* Code Manager PC software is reporting the console`s battery is low when it’s actually fully charged.
* Multicoloured bars are shown on the screen after you confirm the entry of a game ID when trying to manually enter codes. * You can use the Code Manager PC software without any problems until the Action Replay DS is connected via USB set to the update mode on the console, at which point Windows shows a run time error.
If you are experiencing any of these problems, please follow the steps below to reset the Action Replay DS hardware. Please beware that resetting the Action Replay DS hardware will not restore a default codelist, and any codes which are stored on the Action Replay DS will be erased.
  1. With your console powered off insert the Action Replay DS
  2. Hold down buttons A+B
  3. Turn your console on
  4. With A+B still held down, as soon as you see the Action Replay DS license screen press and hold down buttons START+SELECT so that you now have 4 buttons held down
  5. Hold all 4 buttons down for around 10 seconds until the Action Replay DS loads to it`s home screen
  6. If Action Replay DS doesn’t hold on the license screen for around 10 seconds when you do this, you may need to turn off and try again

Whenever i try to put in the pokemon platinum ID code from my Action replay it just shows red and blue lines what do i do?

You may need to reset your action replay like i did when i had the same problem The best thing to do is to save all your cheats to code manager and go on http://us.codejunkies.com/support/article.aspx?article_id=351 this will help reset the ar but all codes still on it will be gone. Hope this helps Xamous

I want cheats for Ridge racers5

I'm not sure if you're asking for cheat codes for use with Ridge Racer DS for the Nintendo DS, or Ridge Racer V for the Playstation 2 - Unfortunately, neither game has actual cheats built into them. You can, however, use a hex editor tool (also referred to as a Trainer, Gameshark, or Action Replay), which would allow you to cheat.
